The article sent to the Journal of Law and Justice Analysis (JoLJA) will go through two review processes, namely pre-review and review. The managing editor does the pre-review process of the article and includes:
If there is something not following the four components, then the article will be returned to the writer for revision. The writer is given time for seven days to revise the article and send it back.
When the four components in the review process are fulfilled, then the article will continue to be reviewed by the reviewer through the editor. The substances review process is done by two reviewers in Double Blind Peer Review. The reviewer can give recommendations such as:

Article withdrawal after being processed or duplicated in the publication is a waste of time where the managing director, editor, and reviewer have engaged in meaningless activities, so in this case, the writer will be blacklisted with consequences; the writer will be blacklisted from Journal of Law and Justice Analysis, so the writer cannot submit the article.
